Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the academic and pastoral care of the assigned class and pupils.
- Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons appropriate for the pupils' learning levels.
- Manage classroom activities effectively while maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment.
- Assess pupils' academic performance regularly and provide constructive feedback or additional support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date class records, attendance registers, and progress reports.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with parents, guardians, and school management regarding student development.
- Support the holistic development of pupils, focusing on academic, social, and personal growth.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and extracurricular programmes.
- Possession of an OND, NCE, Bachelor's degree, or a recognized teaching certificate.
- Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage young learners through creative and interactive teaching methods.
