Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Integrate Islamic values, ethics, and teachings into daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in school-sponsored activities, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience in a primary school setting, preferably within an Islamic educational environment.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to instill strong moral and Islamic ethics in young learners.
- Fluency in English and strong classroom management capabilities.
