Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and Christ-centered classroom environment that promotes positive student behavior and active participation.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and personal development, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support the holistic growth of every child.
- Participate in school-wide events, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Integrate Christian values and moral principles into daily classroom interactions and lessons.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), NCE, or a relevant degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional teaching experience within a primary school setting.
