Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English lessons tailored to primary school pupils.
- Teach core literacy components including reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, phonics, and vocabulary.
- Monitor, assess, and record pupils’ academic progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and effective classroom management environment conducive to learning.
- Design and utilize diverse learning materials, assignments, and educational aids to stimulate interest.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate professionally with school management and parents regarding student development.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- B.Sc, B.Ed, or HND in English, Education, or a closely related discipline.
- Exceptional command of spoken and written English with a neutral, clear delivery.
- Strong classroom management skills with the patience, responsibility, and empathy required for young learners.
- Demonstrated ability to design age-appropriate and interactive lesson plans.
