Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical laboratory sessions, and seminars in Mechatronics Engineering and related disciplines.
- Design, update, and implement innovative curriculum content that aligns with global academic and industry standards.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, theses, and student internships.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and seek relevant grant opportunities.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation exercises, and university committees.
- Possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Active membership in relevant professional engineering bodies such as COREN is highly desirable.
- Strong publication record in reputable academic journals.
