Key Responsibilities- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for primary and early childhood students.
- Facilitate early literacy and numeracy activities tailored to young learners.
- Support the social-emotional development of children through positive reinforcement and engaging play.
- Monitor and record student progress, communicating effectively with parents and school management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment that adheres to safety standards.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a caregiver, nursery teacher, or primary school educator.
- Exceptional patience, empathy, and passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and interactive learning activities.
