Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the primary school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and holistic development.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote positive values consistent with the school's Christian ethos.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration on curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and academic performance.
- Possess a relevant academic qualification in Education (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc with PGDE, or equivalent).
- Proven teaching experience within a primary school setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and modern pedagogical techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
