Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the early years curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, providing regular constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions and independence among young learners.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to organize school events, activities, and curriculum enhancements.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within an early years or nursery school setting.
