Calisa Academy is a dynamic, faith-enhanced, 21st-century educational institution operating a Nursery and Primary School located in Ibesikpo Asutan LGA, near Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Primary Class Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators and help shape the future of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to primary school students within a faith-based environment.
- Utilize modern digital tools and interactive teaching methods to enhance the 21st-century learning experience.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school management, and parents to support student development and achieve school goals.
- Manage classroom behavior proactively while maintaining enthusiasm, patience, and a strong passion for child education.
- Possession of a B.Sc, B.Ed, or NCE in Education or a relevant academic field.
- Valid Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital skills and modern educational technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
