Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant daily lessons for primary school students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavioral development, and overall well-being.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain open, professional communication with parents and guardians.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive reinforcement strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum planning.
- Uphold the core values and educational standards of Little Steps Preparatory School at all times.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience working as a primary class teacher in a reputable school environment.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian primary school curriculum and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for child development and early education.
