Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum for preschool or primary students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating Christian classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Monitor, assess, and document student academic progress, behavioral development, and emotional well-being.
- Maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding student performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering positive social interactions among pupils.
- Participate in school staff meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular school events.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications in Education (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc.Ed, or equivalent certifications in Early Childhood or Primary Education).
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized preschool or primary school setting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
