Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans covering literacy, numeracy, creative arts, music, and physical education.
- Foster a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, teamwork, and positive social behavior.
- Observe, evaluate, and document individual child progress to support emotional, cognitive, and social development milestones.
- Partner proactively with parents and school administration through regular progress updates, consultations, and collaborative school events.
- Utilize modern play-based or progressive teaching methodologies to keep young learners actively motivated.
- Possession of an NCE, OND, or B.Ed in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a closely related field.
- 1 to 3 years of demonstrable teaching experience within a reputable nursery or preschool environment.
- Exceptional patience, creativity, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood development, high reliability, and infectious positive energy.
- Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other contemporary play-based curricula is a strong advantage.
