Key Responsibilities- Assist the lead teacher in implementing a engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for children aged 1 to 6 years.
- Monitor and support children's daily activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Help manage classroom behavior and foster positive social interactions among students.
- Provide individualized attention and care to children, supporting their emotional and developmental needs.
- Assist with organizing learning materials, classroom decor, and educational resources.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to monitor student progress and maintain effective communication.
- Proven professional experience working with children aged 1 to 6 years in a structured school or daycare setting.
- A relevant certification or qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is an added advantage.
- Strong passion for teaching and nurturing young children within a Christian values-based environment.
