Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive national strategies tailored to the premium HORECA channel.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key high-value accounts and partners.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and manage end-to-end contracts with top-tier HORECA establishments.
  • Oversee high-impact brand activations, promotional events, and visibility initiatives to maximize market share.
  • Monitor evolving market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to maintain a strategic edge.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless operational alignment.
  • Track channel performance metrics, manage operational budgets, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a First Degree or HND in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in wines and spirits.
  • Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience managing premium HORECA accounts.
  • Exceptional competencies in strategic thinking, advanced negotiation, leadership, and business acumen.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Capacity to coordinate multi-regional operations and successfully manage both annual macro-planning and monthly micro-execution.
