About the Role
Beaconhealth Diagnostics is expanding its dynamic team and looking for a passionate Marketer to join our Business Development department in Jos, Plateau State, and Calabar, Cross River State. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting patients and healthcare providers with our state-of-the-art diagnostic services, helping us achieve our mission of delivering accessible and reliable healthcare solutions across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive patient acquisition and increase brand awareness for Beaconhealth Diagnostics.
- Identify and build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical practitioners, and corporate partners in Jos and Calabar.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging healthcare trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in community health outreaches, medical exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the internal operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and sales metrics to management regularly.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Marketer, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical diagnostics industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare market, specifically within Plateau or Cross River State.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
