We are currently seeking a motivated Telesales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team in Lagos and help bridge the skills gap by connecting ambitious students with life-changing educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective students and parents, presenting the benefits of our vocational programs effectively.
- Manage and follow up on incoming leads generated through various marketing channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of all telephonic interactions, prospective student inquiries, and conversion statuses in the CRM system.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding course structures, career prospects, and fee structures.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide exceptional customer service throughout the inquiry and enrollment journey.
- Participate in localized marketing campaigns and outreach activities to boost brand awareness around Lagos.
- Minimum of an OND or HND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center operations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- High fluency in English and the primary local language of your geo-political zone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong follow-up, time management, and relationship-management capabilities.
- Strictly for candidates currently residing in Lagos, with strong preference given to those living near Egbeda, Idimu, Ikeja, or surrounding areas.
