About the Role
Elvaridah is seeking a passionate, experienced, and nurturing Pre-School Teacher to join our dynamic team and shape the foundation of young minds. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that encourages children's academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate each child's academic and behavioral development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and proper supervision of children at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to support educational programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in an Early Years or preschool setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and modern teaching methodologies.
- Exceptional classroom management and organizational skills.
- Patient, compassionate, energetic, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for dealing with children and parents.
