Key Responsibilities- Teach nursery and primary pupils effectively using the approved NERDC curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Manage classroom behavior proactively to ensure a focused and respectful atmosphere.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular activities and events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to improve educational outcomes and school programs.
- Interested candidates must possess a minimum of an NCE or a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputable nursery or primary school setting.
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of the NERDC curriculum.
