About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Pre-School & Nursery / Primary & EYFS Teacher to join our committed team of educators in delivering exceptional foundational education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons that meet the developmental needs of pupils using play-based and activity-based learning methods.
  • Teach foundational subjects including literacy, numeracy, science, social studies, and creative arts while creating a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress regularly, identifying and supporting pupils with learning or behavioral difficulties.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily attendance, lesson plans, assessment results, and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
  • Maintain open, positive communication with parents, participating in school events, open days, and offering guidance on supporting learning at home.
  • Adhere strictly to school policies, child protection guidelines, safety regulations, and participate in continuous professional development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of NCE, B.Ed, or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education.
  • Prior teaching experience working with young children is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, patience, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep passion for child development and working within a Christian-values-based educational institution.
