Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Pre-Mob Inspector, you will be responsible for upholding our rigorous operational standards across all assigned projects.
- Conduct thorough pre-mobilization inspections of personnel, equipment, and tools according to company and industry standards.
- Verify all required certifications, medical clearances, and training records for deploying personnel.
- Inspect technical documentation and compliance certificates to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, safety hazards, or non-conformances prior to mobilization.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, HR, and project management teams to resolve pre-mob issues swiftly.
- Maintain accurate inspection logs, reports, and databases for auditing and compliance purposes.
To be successful in this Pre-Mob Inspector role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Relevant educational background in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven professional experience working as an Inspector within the Oil & Gas or heavy industry sector.
- In-depth knowledge of industry safety regulations, compliance standards, and mobilization procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse technical teams.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and specialized inspection management tools.
