About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice and Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee daily administrative and clinical operations at our facility in Tofa, Kano.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor adherence to medical policies and procedures while assessing community healthcare needs.
- Review medical KPIs and OKRs regularly, ensuring high standards of quality assurance and appropriate medical documentation.
- Organize duties, assign tasks, oversee staff schedules, and conduct performance evaluations for clinical and support staff.
- Supervise patient care delivery, coordinate the onboarding of new staff, and conduct face-to-face and remote medical consultations.
- Resolve complaints diplomatically, facilitate periodic staff meetings, and provide clinical input for new business opportunities.
- Degree in Medicine (MBBS, MBChB, MD, DO) from a recognized institution conforming to MDCN guidelines.
- Completion of compulsory internship and a minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC clinical experience.
- Valid, up-to-date registration and practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
