We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Power BI Business Analyst and Trainer to join our dynamic training team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the skills gap by delivering practical, engaging, and industry-focused training in Data Analytics, equipping the next generation of professionals with in-demand technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver practical, high-impact training in Data Analytics, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SQL to learners of varying skill levels.
- Develop and execute structured lesson plans, interactive presentations, practical exercises, and real-world projects.
- Train students extensively on Power BI Desktop, focusing on data import, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
- Teach advanced data manipulation techniques using Power Query and DAX.
- Guide learners through real-world datasets to create dynamic, interactive dashboards and business reports.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Continuously update training materials to align with current industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven practical experience in Data Analytics, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SQL.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating reports, data models, and visualisations using Power BI.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and data cleaning methodologies.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor, facilitator, or mentor will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
