About the Role
Iknorbert Communications Limited is a leading distributor of ITEL mobile phones and accessories across Africa, committed to delivering exceptional products and innovative business solutions. We are currently looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our vibrant team based in the bustling Alaba International Market, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Build comprehensive reporting and analytics to support sales activities and provide actionable recommendations to improve the sales process.
- Ensure stored data is secure, accurate, and easily accessible to authorized internal and external teams.
- Collaborate closely with management to formulate robust data strategies supporting effective data modelling.
- Analyze customer behavior and market feedback to drive product innovation and expand our customer base.
- Optimize inventory turnover, maximize wholesale margins, and track regional performance to drive overall profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and conduct root cause analysis to remove corrupted data.
- Minimum of HND, B.Sc, or B.Ed in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Information Management.
- Proficiency in essential technical skills including SQL for database querying, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
- Proximity to Alaba International Market and surrounding areas including Festac, Mile 2, Okokomaiko, Igando, Satellite Town, and Agbara is strongly preferred.
