About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive Poultry Farm Supervisor to join our growing agricultural division in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare, operational efficiency, and food safety across our farm facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations across all pen houses and inspect livestock, crops, and feed quality regularly.
- Train, monitor, and direct pen attendants on feeding quantities, pen hygiene, and equipment handling.
- Observe birds closely and promptly report any signs of diseases, infections, or unusual mortality.
- Maintain accurate daily records of feed consumption, bird population, and egg production crates.
- Evaluate worker performance, enforce farm discipline, and advise management on optimal timing for bird sales.
- Inspect and report any faulty farm equipment to the Production Manager to minimize downtime.
- Minimum of OND or HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience in a commercial farming environment.
- Proven leadership or management experience in an agricultural setting is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional decision-making capabilities under stressful or fast-paced conditions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
- Competitive monthly salary of N80,000 - N100,000.
