Key Responsibilities- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently for retail, lounge, and pastry service transactions.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Greet customers warmly, provide helpful information, and ensure a pleasant checkout experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure checkout counter area.
- Reconcile daily sales and generate accurate cash flow reports at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members across retail, lounge, and culinary service units to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Must be between 21 and 35 years of age.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience working as a cashier, retail sales representative, or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Neat, highly presentable, and well-groomed to match our brand aesthetic.
- Responsible, punctual, highly organized, and a strong team player.
- Must reside in Abuja or be able to reliably commute to the workspace daily.
