We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Portfolio Manager to join our client's team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing diversified investment portfolios, with a specialized focus on Alternative Investments, Private Credit, and Real Estate assets. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive investment strategies to optimize diversified portfolio performance.
- Evaluate, structure, and successfully execute high-value investment opportunities in alternative asset classes.
- Oversee private credit and real estate investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct rigorous financial modeling, asset valuation, and comprehensive risk analysis.
- Monitor ongoing portfolio performance, evaluate macroeconomic market trends, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare detailed investment reports, strategic recommendations, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement effective risk management frameworks to guarantee capital preservation and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
- 3 to 10 years of professional experience in portfolio management, investment banking, or asset management.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Alternative Investments and Real Estate portfolios.
- Solid understanding of credit risk assessment, structured finance, and illiquid or semi-liquid investment vehicles.
- SEC sponsorship or relevant professional licensing is strongly preferred.
