We are currently seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee, retain, and aggressively grow an assigned customer portfolio while maintaining exceptional service standards and portfolio health.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of customers, acting as the primary relationship contact.
- Drive portfolio growth, customer retention, and high product utilization.
- Identify customer business and financial needs to recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Monitor customer activity, repayment behavior, and overall portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with Credit and Recovery teams to mitigate emerging risks and maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase customer value and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable Islamic finance principles.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, or portfolio management.
- Prior experience in Islamic banking or finance is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of lending products, portfolio risk, and customer assessment.
- Demonstrated business development skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
