We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in financial data analysis, cost optimization, and budget tracking, helping us maintain fiscal integrity while delivering top-tier value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization, enhancing overall financial decision-making.
  • Ensure absolute general ledger accuracy by meticulously analyzing expenses and cost transactions to record them in appropriate cost centers.
  • Monitor and report on actual costs versus budgeted figures, identifying variances and recommending actionable corrective measures.
  • Participate actively in month-end stock count activities to verify physical assets and reconcile inventory with financial balances.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing departmental budgets to ensure strict precision and compliance with internal company policies.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing innovative cost-saving strategies, including process improvements and strategic supplier negotiations.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and deliver actionable cost-reduction recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and management teams to align goals and enhance organizational cost management practices.
Qualifications
  • Possession of an HND or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven professional experience in finance or accounting roles with a solid understanding of core financial principles and best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern financial management software applications.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
