In this vital front-of-house role, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless, welcoming, and reflective of our luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle guest luggage efficiently, ensuring safe transport to and from rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with valet parking, transportation requests, and general concierge duties.
- Respond promptly and politely to guest inquiries, requests, and special needs.
- Minimum of SSCE or relevant academic qualification.
- Prior experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service environment is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy luggage.
