About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable, customer-oriented Porter to join our dynamic front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our esteemed guests, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with exceptional hospitality.
- Handle guest luggage with care during check-in, check-out, and storage.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Coordinate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Perform errands and other related duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of WAEC/SSCE or equivalent educational qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is a distinct advantage.
