Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure with exceptional customer service.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transport, and safe storage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the hotel lobby, entrance, and public areas.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Perform general errands and support tasks as assigned by hotel management.
- Relevant educational qualifications and proven experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Preferred Gender: Male.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
