We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Poolside Bar Waitress to join our vibrant leisure team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Greet hotel guests and visitors warmly at the poolside bar and ensure prompt, courteous service.
- Take drink and snack orders accurately and relay them efficiently to the bar and kitchen staff.
- Serve beverages and light meals following company standards of presentation, hygiene, and safety.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar counter, tables, and surrounding poolside area throughout the shift.
- Process guest payments securely and handle cash or card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor guest consumption and behavior to ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints promptly, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant qualification in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven previous experience working as a waitress, server, or bartender in a hotel, resort, or lounge setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work effectively in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.
