In this prestigious role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all resident requests, ensuring an unmatched standard of luxury living.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized butler and concierge services tailored to the unique preferences of high-net-worth residents.
- Manage reservations, travel arrangements, private dining, and exclusive event bookings with absolute discretion.
- Anticipate resident needs and resolve any inquiries or complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to maintain pristine estate standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of resident preferences, service requests, and specialized itineraries.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, five-star hotel butler service, or high-end residential concierge roles.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field.
