We are currently seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Recreation & Spa / Golf to oversee our premium leisure, wellness, and sporting amenities. In this executive role, you will curate unforgettable lifestyle experiences for our discerning residents and guests, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service delivery, operational excellence, and financial performance across all recreation, spa, and golf operations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage all daily operations of the luxury spa, recreation facilities, and golf operations to achieve optimal guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Develop and implement innovative service standards, treatment menus, wellness programs, and golf event calendars tailored to ultra-luxury clientele.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, wellness practitioners, and recreation staff.
- Manage departmental budgets, financial forecasting, inventory control, and vendor relationships to maximize revenue generation.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations across all spa, wellness, and recreational areas.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote recreational packages, memberships, and special events.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive management experience in luxury hotels, branded residences, high-end resorts, or elite golf and spa clubs.
- Proven track record in pre-opening or managing world-class spa and recreation facilities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-centric mindset.
