About the Role
Footprint Hospitality is a bespoke hospitality consultancy dedicated to elevating standards of excellence, exceptional service delivery, and human capacity building within the leisure sector. We are currently looking for a dynamic Poolside Bar Waiter to join our team and provide outstanding guest experiences in an upscale poolside environment. In this role, you will be the face of our poolside bar, ensuring that every guest enjoys refreshing beverages and prompt, courteous service while relaxing.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the poolside bar area.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and make appealing menu recommendations.
- Serve drinks and light snacks efficiently and with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, tables, and surrounding poolside lounge areas.
- Process guest payments accurately using the designated point-of-sale system.
- Monitor guest needs continuously to ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations regarding food and beverage handling.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications and proven experience in hospitality or food service.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods in an outdoor environment.
