We are seeking a distinguished Butler Manager / Head Butler to lead our elite service team and set the benchmark for exceptional luxury residential living in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all butler and VIP residential services to ensure the highest standards of luxury, discretion, and personalized care.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of resident butlers and service staff to deliver anticipatory and flawless guest experiences.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, concierge, culinary, and property management teams to meet resident expectations.
- Handle special requests, VIP arrivals, and personalized itineraries with meticulous attention to detail and professionalism.
- Maintain inventory of service equipment, uniforms, and luxury amenities while upholding strict quality control standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury hotels, or private estate butler management.
- Relevant professional certifications in hospitality management, butler service, or related fields.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion and professionalism.
