Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Political Science lessons aligned with the approved secondary school curriculum.
- Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and academically stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active student participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Integrate Christian values and moral principles into daily teaching and student mentorship activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to organize departmental activities, civic clubs, and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student academic performance and behavioral development.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Education, or a related academic discipline.
- Proven professional teaching experience within a reputable secondary school setting.
