About the Role
Basscomm Group Limited, a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor in Nigeria renowned for quality and efficiency, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated PMO Support professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Project Management Office by tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that our multi-sector engineering projects consistently meet their timelines and budgetary goals.
Key Responsibilities- Track ongoing project progress and proactively update comprehensive project status reports.
- Monitor critical project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables across various sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to document project observations and operational progress.
- Follow up consistently with diverse project teams regarding assigned action items and deliverables.
- Assist leadership in identifying potential project risks, operational delays, and necessary escalation points.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project records, logs, and technical documentation.
- Support the preparation and distribution of detailed weekly and monthly project reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal project procedures and external reporting requirements.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related field.
- Basic working knowledge of project management principles, particularly within the engineering or construction sector.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and technical reporting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
