About the Role
Huko Advisory Services, a leading human capital development and facility management company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of various plumbing and swimming pool systems for our valued clients, delivering high-quality service and timely resolutions to maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and drainage networks.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults efficiently, including leakages, blockages, and water pressure issues.
- Perform routine swimming pool maintenance, inspecting pumps, filtration systems, valves, pipes, and circulation systems.
- Identify and resolve swimming pool-related faults to ensure safe and clean recreational facilities.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to preemptively identify potential system failures and ensure efficient daily operations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing or pool-related issues across client locations.
- Maintain accurate service records, handle tools with care, and strictly comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Minimum of Trade Test I-II certification in plumbing or a related technical field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven professional experience as a Plumber, preferably within the facility management sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of complex plumbing systems and maintenance best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to use specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and complete repairs.
- Exceptional observation, organizational, and communication skills.
