About the Role

We pride ourselves on operational excellence and industry expertise, and we are currently looking for a dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our growing facilities team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the structural integrity and seamless functionality of our plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and comprehensive maintenance across facilities.
- Inspect pipes, fittings, taps, valves, sanitary fittings, and related equipment regularly.
- Identify and troubleshoot leakages, blockages, faulty pipes, and complex plumbing issues.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize plumbing failures and service interruptions.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve plumbing faults within agreed timelines.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to proactively identify potential plumbing concerns.
- Ensure all plumbing operations strictly comply with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, repairs, materials used, and pending tasks.
- Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and ensure proper storage and maintenance.
- Liaise with the Facilities and Operations team to report major faults requiring external intervention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment after completing all maintenance activities.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Trade Test Certificate in Plumbing or related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Plumbing Technician, preferably within facilities management.
- Deep understanding of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid safety certifications will be an added advantage.
