Key Responsibilities- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and associated hardware.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults such as persistent leakages, severe blockages, water pressure irregularities, and drainage issues.
- Perform routine swimming pool maintenance, including the inspection and upkeep of pool pumps, filtration systems, valves, pipes, drains, and circulation systems.
- Identify and resolve swimming pool-related faults efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular facility inspections of plumbing and pool systems to detect potential faults and ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing or swimming pool-related issues.
- Maintain accurate service records, ensure proper care and usage of tools, and strictly comply with all company health, safety, and maintenance procedures.
- Minimum of Trade Test 1-3 certification in plumbing or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience as a plumber within a maintenance facility setting.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of complex plumbing systems and maintenance protocols.
- Proficiency in using specialized plumbing tools and following documented procedures to diagnose, prepare, and complete repairs.
