Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair various piping systems, fixtures, and plumbing equipment in commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
  • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing infrastructure to identify leaks, blockages, and potential hazards before they escalate.
  • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing maintenance requests and execute effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader facilities management team to ensure seamless building operations and infrastructure integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage in accordance with company standards.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, building codes, and company operational policies at all times.

Qualifications
  • Trade test certificate, City and Guilds, or relevant vocational training in plumbing and pipefitting.
  • Proven hands-on experience in plumbing installation and maintenance, preferably within the facility management or real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of water supply, drainage systems, and modern plumbing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure maintenance situations.
