About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Electrical to join our esteemed team in Nigeria. In this critical leadership role, you will provide vital technical direction to ensure all production and power equipment operate at peak reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance activities to ensure trouble-free operations from the crusher to the packing plant and power station.
- Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance schedules alongside relevant section heads.
- Monitor power generation, grid utilization, and energy consumption, swiftly addressing any operational deviations.
- Enforce strict compliance with local safety regulations, environmental restrictions, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001).
- Oversee technical personnel, foster accident prevention protocols, and implement targeted training programs.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 18 years of post-qualification experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in industrial automation, CMMS, electrical maintenance methods, and cement manufacturing processes.
