About the Role
Eastern Plains Integrated Farm Limited (EPIFL) is a rapidly growing agribusiness located in Igbariam, Anambra State. We are currently seeking a skilled, reliable, and dedicated Plumber to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of comprehensive plumbing and water systems across our expanding facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair complex water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems across company facilities.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix leaks, blockages, faulty pipes, valves, taps, and other plumbing issues promptly.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules for all plumbing infrastructure.
- Install and maintain pipes, fittings, water pumps, storage tanks, and related agricultural and industrial equipment.
- Respond swiftly to urgent plumbing faults and general maintenance requests from various departments.
- Ensure all plumbing installations strictly meet required safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Maintain all company-issued plumbing tools, safety gear, and equipment in optimal working condition.
- Keep work areas clean, orderly, and strictly follow established workplace health and safety procedures.
- Report major system faults, long-term maintenance needs, and required materials directly to the supervisor.
- Minimum of a Trade Certificate in Plumbing or a related technical field.
- Proven practical experience in professional plumbing installation, proactive maintenance, and complex repairs.
- Strong, working knowledge of modern water supply, irrigation, and drainage systems.
- Proficiency in utilizing basic and advanced plumbing tools and specialized equipment.
- Thorough understanding of workplace safety procedures and occupational health standards.
- Prior working experience in an industrial, manufacturing, agricultural, or similar large-scale environment is a distinct advantage.
- Must reside in Anambra State or neighbouring states, with a readiness to work on-site at our Igbariam farm.
