About the Role
Globalclique is a pioneering Real Estate and Technology Company dedicated to transforming the Nigerian real estate and construction industry through innovative strategies. Since 2017, we have successfully combined classical IT solutions with traditional real estate practices to support over 100 professionals. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plumber to join our dynamic facilities team at our Lagos Island location. In this hands-on technical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems and fixtures operate at peak efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and providing swift responses to urgent maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain comprehensive plumbing systems, pipes, and fixtures across our facilities.
- Inspect plumbing networks regularly to identify potential issues, wear and tear, and ensure optimal functionality.
- Fix leaks, clear blocked drains, and replace faulty fittings with minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Carry out scheduled routine maintenance checks and provide rapid response for emergency plumbing repairs.
- Ensure total compliance with local health, safety, and environmental standards during all technical tasks.
- Proven professional experience as a Plumber, preferably within the real estate, construction, or facility management sector.
- Relevant trade certification, apprenticeship completion, or vocational training in plumbing and pipefitting.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and diagnostic tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and high safety consciousness.
- Ability to work independently, manage emergency situations calmly, and communicate effectively.
