About the Role
KPMG is seeking a visionary and results-driven Platform Transformation Lead to join our Technology and Innovation team in Nigeria. In this executive role, you will spearhead high-impact digital transformation mandates, driving revenue growth, alliance partnerships, and delivery excellence across major enterprise platforms including Microsoft, ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive revenue targets for platform transformation mandates, collaborating closely with global technology alliance pipelines.
- Lead end-to-end pursuit and execution of large-scale enterprise resource planning, cloud migration, and platform consolidation deals.
- Act as the senior technical and commercial authority during client negotiations and engagement lifecycles with C-suite stakeholders.
- Maintain accountability for delivery outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction, strict schedule adherence, and strong financial margins.
- Manage strategic relationships with alliance partners to unlock co-sell opportunities and expand KPMG market presence.
- Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and risk compliance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of enterprise platform consulting experience, with at least 5 years at a Director or executive level.
- Mandatory active certification on at least one major alliance platform (Microsoft Azure/M365, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle Cloud).
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes for enterprise or government clients in Africa.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, stakeholder management, business development, and strategic leadership capabilities.
