About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Officer to join our team in Benin. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive ICT support to end-users, ensuring the seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems to drive business efficiency and technological reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient first-line ICT support and promptly resolve user-reported incidents.
- Ensure optimal performance of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and connected devices.
- Support critical information systems, maintain user access controls, and manage user accounts.
- Implement and enforce standard ICT security measures and robust data-protection practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ICT asset inventories and comprehensive support logs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate second-tier support teams when necessary.
- Bachelor degree, HND, or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the NYSC scheme or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in an ICT support, helpdesk, or technical service role.
- Solid working knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and network configurations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with keen attention to detail.
