About the Role
Microsoft Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Copilot & Agents Solution Engineer to help organizations transform the way they work by harnessing the full potential of artificial intelligence. In this role, you will guide enterprise customers through the evolving digital landscape, enabling them to unlock new opportunities, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional employee and customer experiences using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and agent-powered solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating AI adoption and technical decision-making across our customer base. Your core duties include:
- Independently leading technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Agents.
- Demonstrating advanced AI capabilities aligned directly with customer business priorities and digital transformation goals.
- Positioning Microsoft Copilot as the premier enterprise AI entry point and secure foundation for organizational growth.
- Partnering closely with Customer Success teams and external partners to establish robust adoption, usage, and value realization plans.
- Removing technical blockers, supporting competitive sales deals, and highlighting Microsoft's unique technological differentiation.
- Maintaining accurate deal hygiene and achieving required consultative and technical certifications.
We are looking for passionate technology professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 4 years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience, OR 7+ years of equivalent technical pre-sales experience.
- Preferred candidates bring 8+ years of technical pre-sales, consulting, or technology delivery expertise.
- Strong background in cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and industry technology standards.
- Relevant industry certifications in Office 365, Azure Architecture, Cloud Platform Technologies, or Information Security are highly desirable.
