About the Role
Sinoma Nigeria Company Limited, an affiliate of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd, is a premier EPC turnkey project constructor. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Maintenance Manager to lead our cement plant equipment maintenance team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our heavy industrial machinery while driving operational efficiency across our production lines.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily management, task allocation, and supervision of the cement plant equipment maintenance team.
- Formulate and execute daily maintenance schedules, regular overhaul plans, and proactive preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage personnel attendance, workflow assignments, technical assessments, and continuous team capability training.
- Monitor equipment operating metrics, analyze failure data, and implement targeted reliability improvement schemes.
- Collaborate closely with production, technology, and safety departments to maintain high standards, control costs, and ensure equipment longevity.
- Manage maintenance inventories, track spare parts consumption, and submit comprehensive operational reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in cement plant equipment maintenance management with deep familiarity with full-line production systems.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with strong expertise in factory maintenance frameworks and resource scheduling.
- Advanced proficiency in diagnosing mechanical failures and coordinating rapid responses.
- Exceptional planning, emergency response, and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Chinese language communication is strongly preferred to facilitate seamless collaboration with senior management.
