About the Role
Sinoma Nigeria Company Limited, a prominent affiliate of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd specializing in EPC turnkey projects, is looking for a skilled Cement Plant Process Operator to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the seamless operation of our cement manufacturing plant, ensuring that all production targets and quality standards are consistently met through rigorous monitoring and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site operations and routine patrol inspections of cement production line equipment, including raw meal mills, rotary kilns, and cement mills.
- Strictly implement established process operation standards, meticulously record production data, and ensure stable, standardized plant operations.
- Identify and report abnormal equipment behavior, process fluctuations, and potential safety hazards promptly, collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot faults.
- Coordinate with daily production scheduling, quality control teams, and process adjustment initiatives to optimize output and product standards.
- Comply strictly with factory safety regulations while maintaining excellent on-site production hygiene and equipment cleanliness.
- Secondary technical school or college degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Production, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on cement plant production line experience is preferred; exceptional fresh graduates with relevant industrial practice are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with the fundamental production processes of a modern cement plant and the ability to execute technical standards accurately.
